Sunny top floor apartment in Oak Square neighborhood of Brighton. In addition to a sunny bedroom, there is a shared office/guest room, furnished living room, dining room, full kitchen, bathroom, and front and back porch.

There is plenty of on-street parking nearby and one dedicated parking spot for our floor behind the apartment that we could take turns using. The rent per person is $1575/month and INCLUDES HEAT, water, and a cleaning service once per month. There’s a coin-operated washer & dryer in the basement.

The YMCA is a short walk away. The #57 bus to Kenmore Square stops out front and the Oak Square express bus to downtown is in easy walking distance.
