Furnished private room in single family home with refinished clean white bathroom. Homeowner travels and has another place so this is not typical room for rent. This is basically more like a home for rent and is available in June. There is 1 bedrooms, one bath, living room, kitchen and Florida room(set up like an office you can use)in the main house. Great safe neighborhood and clean home. Garage was converted to studio with separate entrance and separate bath which is occupied. All bills are included in the rent even wifi. There is a beautiful fenced in yard and outdoor shower. Parking is in the driveway. This is month to month. The home is located only 10 minutes to the beach! Very close to Seminole City Center. No smoking..vaping or 420.

Unique situation in that it’s more like renting the house at price of room. The studio/garage occupant does not have full house privileges. Homeowner not there much.
