Looking for a temporary housemate / roommate (preferably female) to rent one of my spare bedrooms. You would be sharing a space with me. The house is in Wendell Falls, right by Publix, Starbucks and a lot more retail spaces coming! It’s a 1800sft two story house. A little over a year old. The first floor contains the living room, kitchen, powder room and dining area. Upstairs are three bedrooms. Main bedroom is mine with private bathroom. On opposite end of the house is the second and third bedroom that share a full bathroom which would be entirely for the person renting. So it would be a private upstairs bedroom with it’s own bathroom. I currently use is it as my guest bedroom and have a bed / night stand, I can either remove it completely or leave it for you to use. Both rooms beside each other can be rented if needed maybe as your own office / etc. ($1000 if you choose to use both).

The neighborhood is right off of the highway, can be in Raleigh anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes depending on where you’re going. The neighborhood is beautiful, super nice for walks. There’s a café ( Farmhouse Café) which is really nice with great food. Let me know if you have any questions!

I’m a very clean person and personally think I have a cute home :) I work Monday through Friday typical 9-5. I am very family oriented. If I have a roommate I don’t really tend to have people over and if I do you would definitely be asked / notified before and I’m sure it would be my sister and niece coming over. I do however prefer being to myself and doing my own thing. I feel like I’m very chill / low key. I work, go workout and sometimes go out for walks. I would prefer someone who also goes out for work and does not work from home. As long as you’re kind, clean up after yourself and respect me, my home and my space, that’s all I can ask for. You would definitely be getting that from me. Unfortunately no pets due to allergies :(
