Vintage Tollgate Apartments are located in Tollgate Village, a beautiful community located right off two main highways. It is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful, country-feel while also being in a practical location. It is 10 minutes to the heart if Spring Hill, 15 minutes to Cool Springs, and 30 minutes to downtown Nashville.

The apartment is cute and up-to-date. It’s the perfect space for two people. I’m looking for a roommate to rent the extra bedroom. Your own bathroom is just a few feet down the hall. We have a large kitchen, washer and dryer, patio, and access to a community pool, fitness center, and event space. All your amenities and bills are included in your monthly rent price. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished! Photos show the bedroom with a queen bed and a 58 inch TV.

Your lease would start the end of September 2023 and run till the beginning of March 2024. If things are going well, I’m open to resigning another year at that point.

I’m in my mid-twenties and single. I currently room with my sister who is getting married in September! I am very simple and calm. I spend most nights watching Netflix or hanging out with my family who live locally. I’m a manager at a local ice cream shop, and I love people! I’m also a born-again Christian, and am very involved in my church. As long as you are neat and kind, we will be great roommates!
