I live in a 2/2 it’s a cutie little space with a balcony. Second floor. You have your own private bathroom. The neighbor hood has 5 pools, a gym that is literally 10 walking steps from the apartment door. Lots of parking, no restrictions. I like smack down mid town PGA. It’s an awesome area, close to absolutely everything you could think of. The apartment living room and the rest of the house is furnished, and filled with kitchen supplies etc, the bedroom is not furnished.
