The unit has hardwood floors, a balcony overlooking a quiet garden courtyard with no street noise, washer/dryer, all-new appliances, spare room/den with washer/dryer, bedrooms are on opposite sides of the space. Your room has it’s own step-out patio and plenty of closet space. The complex has a gym, pool/jacuzzi area, underground parking.

It’s in a great location. 1-2 blocks from Angel City Brewery, Arts District Brewing, Wurstkuche, 82, Umami Burger, etc. Five-minute walk to Japanese Village Plaza and the Little Tokyo gold line station. 15 minute walk to Union Station.

I’m a gay professional male. I don’t smoke cigarettes or use hard drugs, but I drink socially and occasionally 420. I’m not a wallflower but I’m not looking for someone who regularly brings the party home. Ideally would like someone with whom I could become friends, but I’m fine with anyone who is simply respectful and courteous.

What I’m looking for in a roomie:

*Ideally someone who works regular hours outside the home. I work from home about 50 percent of the time (the rest I’m either out working locally in the field or traveling) *No preference on gender or orientation but must be LGBT friendly *No cigarette smokers, but fine with 420 *I’m allergic to cats but potentially open to a dog

Cost is $1,399 per month, which includes parking, plus half of utilities. You would be signing onto a one-year lease (management requirement). I’m willing to wait on the right fit, so if your move date is 11/15 or 12/1 don’t hesitate to reach out.
