The space you would be renting is effectively a partial duplex. You would be renting the master room on the main level and would have your own space and living room mostly to yourself. The common space you’d be sharing largely would be the kitchen as there is only one functional at the moment. Living spaces are largely separated and as such the main level living room is unfurnished.

I moved to Evansville recently for work and purchased this home that use to be used as a duplex. Largely I am at work or out and about. The living spaces have separate entrances so there shouldn’t be an issue with schedules conflicting. Ideal for anyone going to the University of Evansville for school as the house is maybe a 5 minute walk away located near the Honey Moon coffee shop on a quiet road. For myself I recently finished up Grad School and would Ideally want someone who is tidy in the common space and is around the same age. No smoking products in the house. Will share updated images of the property to those interested in seeing it. Work has been done to the property since its been purchased.
