Apartment right next to SRJC. 2 bed, 2 bath. Bath is semi-private; it’s not connected to the room and is the one guests use, also has a separate shower and tub. Room has a bed and dresser from the last roommate but that’s it, you’re free to use it or get rid of it. The building is a short walk to the bus stop and a short walk to food and shops. It has a laundry room, a pool, and is gated (though the parking gates sometimes aren’t closed so don’t completely rely on that). On the third floor so must be comfortable with stairs. Unknown if you would be charged a security deposit since I already paid it

I’m 23 queer non-binary person who works at the library. I’m neurodivergent so know that my brain won’t work ‘correctly’ at times but I always try hard to make it easy for everyone (contact for more details). I’m not a very social person and I don’t have many irl friends (‘new’ to town) so I won’t be hosting anything but feel free to do so yourself. At the moment I only work part time so I’ll be home quite often but I tend to stick to myself (but hopefully I make a friend out of you, though not required <3). I’ve only had one roommate before and the experience wasn’t great so I’ve been hesitant to look again but also I have a whole section of my apartment that I’m not using lol. I love to craft, do jigsaw puzzles, read, play games, watch stuff, idk your general early 20s ND queer person stuff. I’m preferably looking for someone who is also queer, and is in their 20s. I don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs, I am cannabis friendly but I’d prefer if you’re non-smoking.
