Located in the area is Canisius college campus area, and less than 10 mins drive from Buff state campus. located near the sisters of charity hospital, about a couple blocks away. I moved here with the intentions of working in the medical field, although that has been on hiatus. I’ve got another 6 months left on my lease, and really need to replace my lease thats missing from roomies haven moved out. Normally that isnt the agreement, but I’ve had two people need to abruptly leave. As of now, I have two roomies potentially missing rent a second month in a row. I may have 1-2 rooms opening up my place. Come correct with the rent, & realize that this cheap rent affords us not to slack off, but rather the opportunity to save up.

Late payments are somthing I will not tolerate, and cannot realistically afford. A security deposit of $433 is needed, prior to moving on with a months rent totaling my move in cost at $866
