Arballo Drive

I have a 3-bedroom/3 bathroom apartment on the 8th floor of a high rise building. There’s a wonderful view of the campus and the nearby golf course. There is a sizable living room and a nice kitchen as well. The building itself is the closest ParkMerced high rise to the campus -closest to the soccer and baseball fields. I am inhabiting what is called the “Narnia” bedroom of the apartment because I have to go through the second bedroom’s closet in order to area. I find it to be the most cumbersome room to access, therefore I’ve claimed it to make the other rooms more accessible. I have taken care of the deposit, I manage the rental, utilities and wifi payments each month. I’ve furnished the living room with a big couch, coffee table, tv and tv stand, and the kitchen has appliances, cups, dishes, and utensils. I have a water filter machine hooked up so that we can have clean cold and hot water. I have a small budget to keep our pantry stocked with basic cooking/baking needs and some snacks as well. Its also my job to keep the supply closet stocked up with trash bags, dish soap, cleaners, and paper towels. I’m currently working on furnishing the bedrooms, so that I can provide nice beds, desks, and wardrobes for everyone. I am offering 2 of the bedrooms in the apartment. Bedroom One: -3 spots open -attached bathroom Bedroom Two: -2 spots open -bathroom across the hall (I am offering co-ed living, but the rooms can be divided into girls’ room/guys’ room if it’s something you are interested in. The apartment would be “co-ed” but the rooms could be separated if we have the right amount of people.)

I’m asking for:

• $1500 per roommate -no deposit required -utilities included -wifi included -no meal plan required (but SFSU does offer meal blocks if you want to buy them. We have a Trader Joe’s, Target and Whole Foods nearby as well). -clean and outgoing people/students -open mindset to live with others and maintain a friendly environment -no smoking/underage drinking -if you have a pet, we can talk about it. I don’t have any pets, and I said no pets on the list, but I’m not necessarily opposed to it. I don’t have allergies and I love cats and dogs. I actually used to own a bird and a few fish.
