I just got approved for a 2BR 2BA in the Fan, and I’m looking to for somebody to co-sign the lease and rent out the other room. $800 month, plus split utilities. Private bathroom attached to bedroom. Managed by private company. They say no pets, however I was able to be accepted because my dog is ESA certified.

The apartment has hardwood floors, high ceilings, ceiling fans, an in-unit washer and dryer, separate bathrooms for each bedroom, and a pass-through kitchen window and eat-in counter. Full-size appliances included. Owner pays for water, sewer and trash pickup. Tenant pays all other utilities. This is a smoke-free and pet-free building. Application fee and non-refundable lease fee applies. No sublets.
