Nice clean and modern, located in a gated community with a pool, fitness center etc. Many of the residence in the community are winter visitors, so it’s really quiet 2/3 of the year…
About the roomies
I’m retired, relaxed and easy to get along with, and so is my dog Dodge. I like hiking (walking…) and riding the trails all over out here. Don’t mind cooking etc. but up for a change there too. Someone who can live with that and is somewhat social, clean, and might like to sometimes share a meal, play cards and go out and do stuff once in a while would be good too.
