Plans have changed, and I am not living at the property, so all three rooms are available. I have had a lot of interest, but very little follow through. This house has beds in back for anyone who enjoys gardening, and is a pretty quiet neighborhood. Whoever ends up here first can have some influence on who I consider moving forward :)
