I have a huge studio room on the upper level of my home for rent. The bathroom is shared with 1 other person as well as a shared kitchen and living room (although the room is big enough to create a private apartment space. It is $800 per month and it includes electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi, general cleaning and maintenance. No pets, no smoking, no drugs, no parties in the home, no cooking in the room. No overnight guest. Background check required.

I live in this home with my 2 daughters. I am self employed and work from home. I’d prefer someone who travels for work.
