Neighborhood is located in a gated neighborhood in North Charleston. You will have pool access and plenty of parking. You are about 20 min from downtown. It is an unfurnished room but you will also have your own private bath! Leases are flexible and first month rent will be due at move in.

I live with my dog who is a 70 pound husky. Dogs are welcome as long as they are friendly. Looking for someone who is responsible to pay rent on time and can clean up after themselves. Great communication. Non smoker.
