South 24th Street

Howdy! Looking for a roommate to take over my previous roommate’s lease in my two bed, two bath apartment on the Mesa/Gilbert line right off of Baseline. I am on the third (top) floor of a very new apartment complex. I already have the kitchen and living area furnished, so you would only have to furnish your room. The apartment has mountain views and more storage than two people could ever need. There are stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer in the unit. In terms of the complex, there is a really nice pool/jacuzzi area with grills and a TV. There’s also a small gym, a gas fire pit, and small dog park.

Ideally, I would like to find someone who would renew the lease with me in September (any time after the 9th) but there’s a lot of flexibility in when my you could move in. My current roommate is moving to Georgia for her clinical rotations. Rent is $1000 each month. Tax, trash, pest, and water come out to about $30 per person each month. Wifi is $25 per person and electric ranges from $25 per person to maybe $80 per person depending on the month of course.

I am from MA originally but moved here about four years ago. I love to hike and cook. Always trying to travel. I just graduated from a three year graduate program and am starting my first year as a licensed school psychologist.
