Our lovey furnished bedroom has a Queen sized bed, new memory foam mattress, new memory foam mattress pad - large dresser, two nightstands, 42 inch Flat Screen TV . It includes a Refrigerator and Microwave for easy snack times and refreshments.

Blackout curtains keep room nice and dark for weekend sleepers.

The room has huge walk-in Closet with office area for plenty of storage and work availability.

Our home is over 4115 sq feet - with Covered Outdoor patio with Fireplace.

A beautiful Pool with Waterfall and Hot tub on a huge decked area.

Located just down Gruene Road from Gruene Hall and the Gristmill.

Just about a block from the Guadalupe River. You will be able to smell the BBQ and listen to music from Gruene Hall! ❤️

We have a security system and are located on a corner lot - it is a wonderfully peaceful area that is close to many attractions.
