My husband and I have a rather large home in New Braunfels TX (located between Austin and San Antonio in the beautiful Hill Country of Texas). and we have a LARGE BEDROOM with separate bath - that we would like to make available.
Huge Upstairs bedroom - Furnished with TV and WiFI. Has large bath with tub/shower.. Blackout curtains keep room nice and dark for weekend sleepers. The room also has large walk-in Closet for plenty of storage.
Our home is over 4000 sq feet - with Covered Outdoor patio with Fireplace. A beautiful Pool with Waterfall and Hot tub on a huge decked area.
Located just down Gruene Road from Green Hall and the Gristmill. Just about a block from the Guadalupe River. You will be able to smell the BBQ and listen to music from Gruene Hall! ❤️
We have a security system and are located on a corner lot - it is a wonderfully peaceful area that is close to many attractions.
No Smoking - No Pets - No Couples - this is a SINGLE Room - No Children - No Evictions - Background Check is required MUST BE A US CITIZEN and PROVIDE PROOF of CITIZENSHIP and EMPLOYMENT
