My two housemates and I are looking for two more people to move in with us for the next year or so.

2min walk from the center of Tenleytown, with tons of restaurants nearby and a Target.

1min walk from the Metro Red Line.

Plenty of outdoor space: front porch with couch and swing, backyard with grill, nice outdoor dining table with comfortable chairs.

Furnished common spaces- we have couches, a tv, a dining table, kitchen equipment, etc.

Street parking.

We’re three recent college graduates living up in NW DC in the Tenleytown/AU neighborhood. We all work in fields related to policy.

There are two open spaces we’re looking for people to move into, pictures are provided here:

The top floor “penthouse” (360sqft room with private space, massive closet, private bathroom) is $1,600 monthly and has a lot of natural light.

We’re also looking for someone to move into the basement at $1,600 monthly. The basement comes with a private entrance, plenty of windows for natural light, a private bathroom, and an extra room that can be used for an office, library, tv room, etc.
