Lisa's room

The apartment is a two bedroom. The room for rent does not have a connected bathroom. The hallway bathroom would be yours but also shared for guest. In the room there is already an tv mounted that must stay. Access to twin mattress or queen mattress is available if needed. Open access to kitchen, living room, and laundry room. Zero access for storage in the garage. Quiet time is 10pm. The complex has 2 pools, a half basketball court, and a tiny outdated gym. Grocery, food, and shops are all close by. It’s a short 8 minutes to the 99. I’d Like to do a three month trial and go from there.

I am a 30 year old female. I do not do house party’s. I occasionally have get togethers but nothing too rowdy. I am home often reading or watching tv. I am “ temporarily“ taking care of my sisters cat. He’s friendly but also annoying. Sorry, he is non negotiable. I have lived here for 7 years. My frequent visitors are my sister and her baby and my 9 year old niece. I have gym equipment in the garage that you would be more than welcome to utilize.
