Proof of income and signing the lease is required!!!! There is an application fee of $75 to the leasing office to apply as well as providing proof of income but you’re guaranteed acceptance. Rent will be paid online thru the leasing office, we will handle paying out utilities not included with the rent payment. Utilities not included with rent are electric, wifi, renters insurance and washer/dryer rental…..ALL TOGETHER W RENT AND UTILITY monthly cost is estimated $1000. The bedrooms are in opposite sides of the apartment; has a walk-in closet with storage shelves and a large double window. Opposite the bedroom door is your private bathroom with shower. In-between the bedroom and bathroom is a small storage closet. Kitchen is stocked with cooking ware, dishwasher, washer and dryer…lots more. Pool, hotub, gym, laundry, dumpster, right in front of the leasing office, great location all around. Former roommate left short notice so that’s why I need someone in before August is up.
