Welcome to our lovely house on a peaceful hilltop in a friendly neighborhood! Our location is super convenient, with easy access to GA-400 and I-285, making it a breeze to explore all that Sandy Springs and Dunwoody have to offer. One of the best things about living here is how close we are to a great selection of restaurants and the fantastic Perimeter Mall.

The room is in the basement. It comes complete with a spacious closet with plenty of shelves and drawers for all your belongings.

As for shared amenities, we have everything you need to live comfortably, including a washer and dryer, refrigerator, garage, super-fast 1 GB of WIFI, a large backyard with outdoor furniture and a gazebo, and an awesome basement with a TV, pool table, and bar.

We are a friendly group of people who take pride in keeping our house clean and tidy. Occasionally, we’ll have a communal dinner at home, order takeout or head out to a local restaurant. Most importantly, we’re looking for a roommate who we can enjoy spending time with. We’re very flexible when it comes to move-in dates and lease terms, and unfortunately, we can’t accommodate pets.

You’ll be one of six people living in the house, but everyone is busy with work, so it’s usually quiet during the week. Let us introduce you to the other roommates:

Patrick is a super-friendly and dependable Englishman who enjoys typical English pastimes. Yes, he’s as friendly as he sounds! In his spare time, he loves to bake and garden in the backyard. Patrick also likes good bread, high quality butter, cheese, and wine. Seriously, that’s what he has every day.

David is a great guy who is excellent at fixing things around the house. He has a superb collection of tools and works at a Midtown collision company. David has been living with us on and off for nearly a decade and likes to keep things neat and tidy. He is a foodie who is always willing to try something new. Be careful , because his laugh is contagious.

Brandon works in the tax/finance industry. He travels extensively. He relocated to Atlanta a few months ago for a job opportunity. He is rarely at the house, but if you have the opportunity to meet him, you will notice that he is a very chill and easy-going guy.

Richard, the land lord, serves as the house’s father figure. Since 2021, he has been retired. He used to be a home builder and then worked as the plumbing manager at Lowe’s before retiring. Except for cruise vacations, he spends most of his time at home, watching TV and keeping the house in good condition. You will never have to worry about a break-in or anything bad happening to your belongings because of this.

I’m currently a Senior Operation Analyst for a healthcare practice 10 minutes away by car, so I’m extremely fortunate to live so close to my workplace. I keep the common area tidy and clean. I enjoy cooking and usually make a large batch of something for everyone once a week. Every morning, I get up early to do yoga and exercise in the sun room. Of course, I provide free yoga lessons to all of my roommates.
