Hello everyone I’m renting a unfurnished room in my one bedroom apartment and it’s gated community apartments and it’s not private room it’s living room I’m renting and I don’t want drama but I want friendly roommate but I’m looking for long term roommate who can put their name on my lease before they move in or you can just stay for 2 weeks without lease and see if you like to stay and when they want to move out they can sign out anytime but long term roommate only I don’t accept smoking weed or anything like that and no pets my other roommate is gone living room is empty now thanks.
