Evie's room

Rent is $900 total so $450 each. Utilities are not included. Looking for a roommate by September/October time but theres a lot of flexibility there. There is a driveway (free parking) and in-unit washer/dryer.

I have a dog and a baby on the way (due in November.) My current roommate has just graduated and has a cat so she is moving out in September (October at the latest.) There is flexibility to move in as early as next week (we have an extra loft space available until she moves out so you can have more space. Rent would be split 3 ways if this were to happen.)
