I’m looking to sublease my private bed+bath in a 3b3b highrise apartment on the 15th floor at The Grad, San Jose. Bedroom: 2 2-drawer dressers, 1 chair+desk, (54“ x 80“) Full XL bed and a walk-in closet. Living room: 3-seater couch, 1 arm chair + table, 1 coffee table, 1 TV stand + TV, 3 bar stools, fully equipped kitchen and in-house washer+dryer. The view is amazing from the house, as one side of the apartment just as floor to ceiling windows. I also have a parking spot available which costs $120. I have 1 other flat mate and you would be replacing me in the bedroom with the third bedroom being empty, so far. The lease is by-the-bedroom, and not for the apartment.

There are 3 bedrooms, with 2 of them occupied currently and one unassigned (like a spare one for a year now). You will be taking over my spot and the other flat mate now is a masters’ student.
