Hi, my name is Alex! My house is currently looking for someone to take one of our attic rooms. Will be available starting September 1st.

Important Info:

The house is not wheelchair accessible, lots of stairs. There are 4 lvls: basement, main floor, 2nd floor and attic.

• Main floor is common space for the house, the kitchen is located there. Most if not all appliances in the kitchen are shared.

• weed & alcohol are permitted at the house, but smoking of any kind must be done outside of the home.

• A current tenant is scent sensitive, so the house does its best to be light on scent in common space, except in private rooms with doors closed.

• Utilities can vary greatly, most recent bills have been around $120 for a few months & $10 or so a month for wifi

• Water/sewer/garbage is paid every 3 months

• Household chores are required but no more, the entire house has quarterly meetings to discuss chores, switching and updates

• House is walking distance (5min) to the 29, 31, 30th lines and 10 min walk to the 3,4, 13

• We’re in-between the Ballard and Fremont bridge

• 2-3 blocks away from SPU

• No pet house.

• Noise level is average, quiet can be requested upon a txt and always respected. Typical quiet hours are 10pm-10am
