The rooms here are very clean and well maintained Peaceful neighborhood,all the neighbors are very friendly The room is very clean. The house is clean. The people in the house are very nice. You have your own key to your own room. Nobody bothers anything that belongs to somebody else. Is really friendly here never any problems no fighting or arguing. That’s actually in the rental agreement. My seat to appreciate you must like dogs. I have four little dogs. They’re very well behaved. None of them bite. They hardly bark. Usually the only time that you would hear them bark is about 5pm when I get up off the couch to come in to my bedroom. I always leave my bedroom open because I want people that’s not gonna steal. I want honest people. Even though you have your own key to your room and you feel you can trust the house. I still want you to lock your bedroom just to not have any problems with saying you have thing and missing. I can get very good reports. for being a good landlord, you can question anybody here there’s a couple that lives here and one person downstairs in the basement.
