About the room
Hi friends, looking for a roommate who can share a 2b2b apartment with me. I’ve been living here for a few months and it’s a lovely complex in SW Beaverton.
You would have a room and bathroom of your own. The apartment is ground floor and stays cool even without air conditioning through summer.
Apartment has a wood fireplace, somewhat updated appliances and a back patio. There’s an in-unit washer and dryer as well.
We’re next door to Hyland Woods nature park and right off the #62 bus line.
I’m currently renting a garage as well that you can park your car in or use for storage (I mostly park my bike in there).
Neighbors are friendly and quiet. It’s a pet and family friendly community. Complex has a pool, gym and dog park.
