You would have your own bathroom and your own bedroom. ( I was considering making my office into an extra storage area for out of season clothes and extra storage area which you may use if I convert it from my home office. ) I also have my home office in my bedroom because it is so large, I have two small dogs which are my life, one is 10 and one is 8 years old. I have a storage unit downstairs in the garage where I am willing to allow some of your storage to be kept if I have space after my daughter moves out. You would have access to the private downstairs workout room, outdoor parking and during snow storms you would be able to park inside behind or in front of me so you would be sheltered from the harsh weather during a storm. I am in the middle of a transition. I live here in Loudonville in a condo/apartment I rented. I’m on the first floor and it has a beautiful slate porch and easy access to your parking area. It is a private exclusive building you get in Through a swipe and you have to buzz people in , all amenities are included, kitchen, dining , and family room open to share. I do have a home office so I have upgraded Internet service. The great room/family room has a fireplace. I don’t cook, my daughter is the cook, and she is leaving to become a nurse anesthetist on August 28. She will start school on the 28th but she will be leaving within the next one or two weeks. I would say realistically, the beginning of September, maybe September 1 would be ideal to move in because I would have everything professionally cleaned. There is carpet in the bedroom, tile in the bathroom and hardwood everywhere else. It’s perfect for a professional, medical resident, newly divorced, someone in transition too. Cleanliness, neatness, and must be able to clean up after themselves is a must..

I am a professional, a well-known real estate broker and I have an integrative medical company which because of a car accident. I am usually limiting my practice now to maintenance clients or existing clients. My main profession is once again my real estate and I will know within the next six months or so, if I want to move up to Saratoga, I will be here for at least another 6-12 months but I will be making my decision within the next 6-12 month period which you would have plenty of time and notice if I were to move up to Saratoga or simply move elsewhere.
