Apartment is a 2 bd 2 bath. There is currently 1 bd (labeled room B in photo) is available starting 1/1/24. Bedroom also includes walk in closet. The property is located on the North edge of Wilsonville. Complex is very friendly and well taken care of. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. The main bathroom would also belong to the new renter. Unit has washer and dryer. The apartment has ground level entrance, however apartment is in subterranean building, so it has a balcony as well. There is a pool, hot tub, and gym located on the complex property.

I am looking for a friendly, and clean roommate. My previous roommate is moving due to a job promotion in a different location. I have 2 small dogs that are very friendly. It is a dog friendly household but dogs need to be potty trained and friendly. It is a non smoking household and complex. Marijuana friendly but can not be smoked or vaped in the apartment complex. I am a calm person. Not a party apartment. No children.
