I am moving in a brand new building apartment in phoenix downtown called Adeline. It has a full sized gym, pool & bar, and indoor on-site parking. The apartment itself has 2 big bedrooms, a huge living room, 2 private bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a balcony. It is on the 10th floor with amazing unobstructed views of PHX. The rent is $3650 a month, so $1800 each (price is negotiable but be reasonable) . Looking to move in late July, or early August. You can help me with furniture shopping if you’d like.
