We keep it extremely clean and are looking for someone that is a young professional, clean and respectful. Private room with a shared bathroom. There is laundry on site, plenty of street parking with no street cleaning. Centrally located and minutes from the 101, 170, 134 and 405. Small to medium sized dog would be welcome.
