private bed/bath in 2bed 2bath. Just across the street from the courthouse metro, walking distance to whole foods, trader joes, and the Georgetown hike and bike train. The apartment has a large kitchen with all new appliances, lots of natural light, and it’s on the 7th floor so the street noise isn’t a bother (and neither are the mosquitos when we leave the windows open).

amenities: pool, gym, walk-in closet, 24-hour concierge, pet friendly, valet dry cleaning, and a roommate who’s generally normal and mildly entertaining.

I’m easygoing, kind, and respectful. I can be a bit cluttered but I’m respectful of shared spaces and I always clean up after myself in the kitchen:) I think I’m a good mix of introvert/extrovert- I like to chat and hope to become buddies with my roommate, but I also enjoy my space and respect others. I enjoy cooking, trying new restaurants/ beer gardens, and love going to live music. I’m also raising the sweetest little puppy so my roommate gets all the cuddles without the responsibility😇.
