Looking for a 3rd roommate!

Ideally male, in their 20s, clean, and respectful. The 2 of us are the same.

The spot is a 3bd 4ba 2,161 sq ft place, so everyone would have their own bathrooms + there’s a guest one. It’s 3 stories total. Rent would break down to $1300/each + utilities (but since there’s different sized rooms, we’d adjust so that everyone’s paying a fair amount). Our budgets are both $1800/mo, so we can definitely work with and accommodate someone who has a smaller budget.

Location is extremely close/in walking distance to the H street corridor (a top spot for younger night life) and union market (different food, shopping, farmers market, etc.). There’s different public transit options available, as well as a park nearby.
