Photos to come soon! I am currently renovating the room. 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house. The large room for rent is next to the shared bathroom, south and west facing windows, hardwood floors, furnished with queen sized bed (with washable cover), large dresser, light filtering curtains and a full length mirror. The room has two medium sized closets. A cute shaded corner lot down the street from highland park. Peloton bike with women’s size 8 clip shoes and membership you can use, fenced in yard for dogs, washer/dryer in basement, dishwasher.

I am a 29 year old female who works remote, I have a separate room for my office. I am home most of the time but also love to meet up with friends- I don’t normally have people over to the house. There is a large dog and small cat who live here as well and are well trained- you must be animal friendly! Potentially open to another fur roommate, depending on the amount training and how they get along with my fur babies. I am looking for a responsible and respectful roommate!
