Lots of grocery shopping options nearby (Safeway, Town and Country, Trader Joe’s, and Qfc), many restaurants, multiple live music venues, and several beautiful beaches (Richmond Beach, Edmonds Beach, Golden Gardens) all a few minutes drive away. Only 10 miles north of Downtown Seattle.
About the roomies
A family lives in the walkout basement downstairs. This unit is separate from the upstairs unit.
