Two furnished private rooms in a large house on a quiet cul-de-sac in beautiful Point of Rocks, just minutes away from the MARC train and biking and hiking trails on the historic C & O canal. Rental includes two rooms, your own bathroom, and use of all common areas in the house. The home has a washer and dryer, front porch, and back porch that faces the mountains. Storage is also available in the basement. Rent includes all utilities, Internet, parking, and professional house cleaning once a month. Twenty minutes from Frederick and Leesburg, 35 minutes from Germantown. Must get along with my lab rescue.

I am a teacher in MCPS nearing retirement. The only other one living in my house is my dog. We like to hike on the trail and sit on the back porch listening to music. This is a non-smoking home.
