Cozy room for rent in a quiet home in the North Park area with charming decor and gorgeous landscaping. This room is ideal for a college/grad student or professional and is in a private, centrally-located neighborhood with plenty of parking. We have one friendly dog who will greet you with a wagging tail. You’ll have full access to a bathroom (you’ll share it with one other person), as well as the kitchen, family room, and laundry (also has a half bathroom). We have newly installed central air conditioning. Back patio with grill is a great place to relax, or take a walk or bike ride on the nature trail at the end of the street.

We are the owners - a friendly, quiet, flexible, drama-free couple in our 40s and our 23 year old son. We have a very friendly dog. We love the ocean, like watching TV, cooking, and going for walks around the neighborhood and hikes around town.
