North Bogus Basin Road

Property is on Bogus Basin road next-door to Lulu’s pizza and Mocha Moose coffee shop. You will have access to a swimming pool, workout room, and theater. You would have one bedroom and bathroom in a two-bedroom, two bath apartment. You would have access to full kitchen, washer/dryer in apartment, living room, outdoor storage, and beautiful back porch with a view of the creek. Apartment is on the second floor with no elevator access. You will have access to a personal reserved parking spot.

I am looking for a preferably female roommate, and would prefer no pets. I am looking for someone who is relatively quiet, specifically past 8 p.m. Roommate needs to be respectful of privacy and a non-smoker/drug user. Roommate will be responsible for picking up after themselves and keeping their areas clean. I would prefer someone who is 25+ years of age. I am an easy-going, young individual in my early 40’s.
