• Each roommate has their own room on the 2nd floor, two bathrooms are shared.
• Communal areas are on the 1st floor (living, dining, kitchen, washer/dryer on site).
• New kitchen installed in August. Living room and dining will be newly painted with new furniture in August. There is a new oven/stove and dishwasher.
• Security cameras in front and back of house.
• Landlord very responsive and wants to make sure tenants have what they need.
• Great location - downtown New Haven.
• Parking in rear of house (off street parking)
• Internet and utilities are included in the rent.

The roommates are relaxed and share responsibility for taking care of the house. We are looking for a respectful, clean, kind roommate who is responsible for rent and the communal space.
