Located in the memorial area and just minutes from I-10 west Katy freeway, this cute and small complex sits by itself on a private st in a safe neighborhood. Easy access in and out of same gate with gate code. There’s a convenience store located right next to the complex for your convenience and elementary school on the other side. This lovely townhome has three bedrooms. The two bedrooms located upstairs are the rooms that will be rented out and each has its own bathroom. The downstairs area is shared by two single females in their 40s and one six year old boy. The bedroom downstairs is shared by one of the females and their son and the other female sleeps in the couch area. The kitchen is very spacious and is joined together with the washer and dryer area. It is open for the tenants to use as they please. You are free to bring your own food if you choose and can cook as well. However if cooking is not your thing then you just might be in luck because one of the females downstairs loves to cook and usually cooks dinner every night and likes to share her cooking. The other female Cooks pupusas for a living and always has extra to bring home. Another perk about living here is that it’s all bills paid with free internet and cable. And finally the best part about living here is that the two females renting the place out is kind, cool and will respect your privacy.
