House is furnished. Room is partly furnished but can be removed if you have your own belongings. Nice little house with washer and dryer, kitchen has all the necessary appliances. Quiet area. Has a garage and one parking spot but also lots of street parking. Front yard with a back deck. Use of marijuana is not allowed on the property per landlords say & will be included in the lease.

Will require at least 3 months proof of income.

Friendly, chill roommates. Both are in their early 20s and in healthcare. One likes to keep to themselves while the other is very outgoing and will quickly make friends with. One has a dog and other will soon have two cats.
