Hi everyone! Renting out a room [~10x9ft] in a. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom house in Woodland. House is already furnished. me and my friend (f) welcome anyone, were just trying to have someone we’ll both get along with. Two story house that has had its kitchen redone, hookups for washer and dryer (we intend to get some), backyard, central a.c, hardwood floors, very spacious living room and kitchen intended for everyone to enjoy. Street parking/driveway parking available. Will be sharing the bathroom with one other person (me, male) but other than that very spacious home we intend to make welcome for everyone. We do have a pet dog and cat and pets are welcome. We’re thinking rent to be ~655 before utilities / pg&e.

We’re both young (23) and f (23) working professional working full-time who work together so we’ll be out of the home most of the time Monday-Friday. Both enjoy playing music out loud of making a home feel “homey”, looking for someone who is comfortable with having guests over, but also understanding of other’s boundaries. Very open house, days where we’ll just be hanging out after work or stay more reserved in our rooms if need to. Feel free to ask any questions if interested :)
