This is a room for rent in a 3 bedroom 2 bath home on a quiet street, a short distance from UCR and March Air Force Base, and at least 5 hospitals, in Moreno Valley, CA. This room includes all utilities, laundry facilities, and kitchen facilities in the home. I am renting a nice, clean, fully furnished bedroom, for 1 person; THE ROOM IS FULLY FURNISHED, including all linens. It also has an extremely large closet 12 ft. wide and 10ft high with hanging for clothes and 2 foot deep shelves; also a large picture window. It does not include TV, but if you have your own, it can be down-loaded with apps, and the TV can be wall mounted; we have full 500 Wi-Fi. A SHARED BATHROOM IS NOT ALWAYS THE IDEAL, HOWEVER, THIS BATHROOM IS HUGE. IT HAS PRIVATE VANITIES FOR EACH PERSON, AND PRIVATE FOR EACH PERSON TOWER STORAGE SPACE IN THE BATHROOM AS WELL. IT IS EXTREMELY LARGE (10 FT. X 20FT). it includes all linens and has a large rain shower with 4 jets (see pics). Tenant will also have access to all kitchen facilities, including plates, cookware, diswasher and appliances; there are 2 large french door refrigerators, and EACH PERSON has A THEIR OWN 1/2 refrigerator AND freezer space; and use of all common areas. There is fresh coffee each morning, or you may have a private coffee or tea pot in your room if you choose. The home also has a beautiful large patio with landscaped backyard with BBQ. (see all pics). This is a calm home with no major drama, and most of the tenants in the last few years have stayed longer than expected. YOU MUST HAVE A SENSE OF HUMOR!.
