Wood floors on the upper level and living area; tile flooring in bathrooms and foyer. Bright eat-in kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator and stove. Lower level is finished with a large family room, den, and laundry area with washer & dryer. Master bedroom has private bath with granite top vanity. Upstairs hall bathroom has also been updated with granite vanity. Easy access to I-70 to Baltimore and Frederick!

Landlord requirements: a clean record, no smoking, no evictions, and provable household income of 3 times the rent amount. Small/medium dogs allowed with fee. No cats/other animals.

I’m a therapist for kids on the autism spectrum looking for a roommate interested in living between Baltimore and D.C., ideally somewhere around Ellicott City. I’m looking for someone who is committed to consistently working toward a clean and organized environment, but I don’t need a 100% neat and tidy space all the time. I’m an ambivert so sometimes I need quiet time away from others, but I also love to be social and make new friends. I am interested in a friendly roommate relationship but would also be fine with a more cordial relationship. I love pets, so I’m open to current or future pets living with us. I love to cook, crochet, watch TV, play Dungeons and Dragons, and read.
