Single bedroom available in a two bedroom one bathroom house.
Current roommates are a quiet, friendly, and tidy couple with their two dogs and two cats. The house has everything you could want, including a brand new in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, large fenced backyard, and shed for extra storage. It is located in a peaceful friendly neighborhood 10 minutes from both Emory’s campus and downtown Decatur. The house is also walking distance to three parks and the bike trail to campus. Additional pets are welcome (no pet rent/fees) as long as they get along well with other dogs/cats. Rent is $1,150 a month and includes electric (solar!), gas, water, trash/recycling/compost, and internet.
