It located off the highway with lots of shopping nearby. Its a gated apartment complex with little to no moving traffic. Very safe

Im the only occupant. 2bed 2bath. I don’t enjoy much company. Pretty much to myself so if you don’t mind living with someone who isn’t much talkative this can be a good fit to you. I believe in personal space . I would never barge in on you or just knock at your door would rather wait til I see you out your room or text you. Loud occupants are not my type. I believe in respect before friends. After getting comfortable around you I don’t mind talking your head off. New to renting spare room so if there is any questions pls reach out.
