About the room
It’s a 2 bedroom townhouse, located in the heart of Peoria. There’s plenty of restaurants and areas to shop in short driving distance. The room is average sized, you have 2 closets and sufficient space to place your things. Keep your space clean, be respectful, and we will get along fine. Rent will be $800 which includes the costs of internet but does NOT include electric. The place is fully furnished other than your bedroom, so you will have to provide your own furniture in your room. Any other questions, feel free to ask.
