The room is in a townhouse complex located in Taylor (Goddard & Telegraph) .
The room is on the second floor and measures, 10ft x 15ft, with ample closet space. It also has a ceiling fan, which is very nice during the spring and summertime. The townhouse has central air Conditioning, its own separate, private entrance, A reserved parking space is also provided right in front of the entrance. There is 1 shared bathroom upstairs. The lease will be on a month-to-month basis. A long-term agreement can be established if we are compatible roommates. Rent includes, all utilities, (central air conditioning, internet, parking space and use of a washer and dryer which is in the basement.
No cable tv, only internet for phone, laptop, streaming, etc. I do a thorough background screening and interview process including a Criminal and Credit Background Check at your cost. If the room is offered to you, I will refund half the cost. The room is not furnished. Please, no issues, drugs, weed, heavy drinkers or drama. Any issues of this kind will be evicted immediately!
