Nate's room

3 rooms will be going up for rent at a property I’m closing on, on August 31st. One has its own separate entrance to the house. All three rooms are on the second floor. There is a full bath on the second floor and the first floor. There is also a half bath in the basement. I will be living in the property in the finished attic. Washer and dryer will be installed within the first month as will a dishwasher. There will be a fridge/freezer along with another full size freezer to ensure no one has issues storing food. Rent will range from 700 to 900 depending on the room. Pictures will come in the following weeks.

I am a 27 year old real estate agent/investor and JV basketball coach. I own the two family right next to this property and a two bed one bath will become available sept. 1st as well. 1,600 utilities not included. I graduated college with a degree in theatre and love the arts. My schedule is different every day but I’m normally up by 7 and in bed by 11. If there end up being guys and girls both living here, then they will have separate bathrooms. I definitely want to make sure we’d be the right fit as roommates so a meeting for coffee before is a must.
