Room price includes all utility charges, which includes energy, garbage, water, and internet expenses. You will have open access to laundry, kitchen, and front entertainment room. The house is in an area that’s in the middle of town (5 minutes from grocery stores, fast food places, Target, and more). Freeway access is less than 3 mins away and easy going either direction. House has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are shared amongst housemates. Parking is available on street. Must have your rent ready before or on the day you move in. Security deposit of $300 required along with rent due before move in. Room rental agreement will be signed and documented by both parties upon first payment. Rent is month-to-month basis, no leasing agreement required.

NOTE: If you don’t like children or are not seeking a family friendly home, please do not inquire. No cannabis allowed in or on the premises. No frequent visitors, no partying or loud music.

Would prefer working professional/s. Males and females welcome. Cats or other small critters are ok to bring. No dogs.

My name is Sam. I am currently a driver for Amazon and a full time student (CalRegional). I’m looking to find roommates more suited to an environment tailored to family life. I’m a single mom who put her career pursuit as a Fish & Wildlife officer on pause to have and raise my baby son for the first year of his life. I have a degree in Criminal Justice and am currently pursuing certification in Phlebotomy. I tend to keep to myself but I’m not opposed to friendly conversation or occasional hangouts. I enjoy playing video games in my free time, being creative, going fishing, and spending time with my family.

You will have a chance to meet me during an interview if interested in coming to see the room and house. Face to face interviews are a requirement.

Some House Rules Up Front:

• Smoking permitted outside only. Not a cannabis friendly house (if discovered, you will be given a 30 day notice to vacate).

• You must inform me of any visitors you plan to have over. No visitors are allowed to stay overnight (certain situations may be considered, ex. visiting family or children). House must remain a child friendly and safe environment.

• You are expected to clean up after yourself and help keep the common areas of the house clean. This includes both bathrooms, the kitchen, and front entertainment room.
